I'm renting out my master bedroom in a 4-bedroom house over the summer: From May 25 to September 23.

We're a group of four Stanford Electrical Engineering PhD students that moved from on-campus housing to our own off-campus house. We're all in the second half of our PhD.

The room is a spacious, furnished master bedroom with backyard access. The house is a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford campus - perfect for students. House has a washer / dryer, a full kitchen, a spacious living room, plenty of parking, and a nice backyard.

The 2 bathrooms (with 2 showers) are shared among the four roommates.

The rent doesn't include utilities, which are usually around USD 100 per month and include fast WiFi.
