• You will have one female roommate (Stanford grad) and one male roommate (Caltech grad)
  -They are both in their mid-20's, Bay Area natives, work in tech in SF, and are active physically (cycling, basketball) and socially (going to concerts, exploring the city with friends)
• As context, I am in my early 30’s, work in healthcare, and moved in with my roommates in Sept 2017
  - I decided to renew my lease with them because I found them to be exceptionally kind, respectful, considerate, clean, friendly, and fun
  - I am only subletting my room now because I have to move out of state for work
• Best fit for the new roommate would be someone who likes a balance of socializing with roommates (e.g., going out to brunch/dinner, hanging out in the living room, watching movies) and having quiet alone time
