PALO ALTO, north – Summer rental- our house is available June 23 through August 24. It is a fully furnished 3BR/2.5BA single-family home in a north Palo Alto neighborhood with central AC, hardwood floors, family room, dining room, two fireplaces and outdoor eating area with propane BBQ. W/D, AEK, U-verse internet and TV (HD). The rental includes weekly gardener and a bi-weekly house cleaner. We are a 15-minute drive from Stanford. The rental amount $6250 a month (pro rated). We will pay for water usage; the tenant(s) are responsible for all other utilities. We require a security deposit. We have to restrict to four tenants maximum. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
