About the house: this is really great space and will absolutely go quickly!! Central heating is useful in the winter. AC unit attached but not really needed in the summer due to cross breeze with the windows open. There are 3 ceiling fans as well. Laundry area and side of house with plenty of storage space. This is really an outstanding find and we would have stayed another 3 years if we could!
