The house includes a fully stocked kitchen, huge backyard, living room, and dining room. Housemates are all late 20's/early 30's professionals working in Palo Alto. Plenty of street parking available. 15-20 min bike ride from Stanford, walking distance from Safeway, Philz Coffee, and several parks. Price is $400/week including utilities. No pets or couples please.
