My partner and I are looking for a summer subletter. The house is an adorable, recently renovated Victorian with a backyard patio near Lowell Park. It is a 3 min drive / 5 min bike / 8 min bus /15 min walk to West Oakland BART. It's close to BART but we don't hear a ton of noise from BART at the house. It has a washer and dryer but no dish washer.

The room is the one with the desk in it in the pictures. It is currently unfurnished. If you would like it furnished, we can do that.

We use the 3rd bedroom as an office and the back room (off the patio) is a bonus room/den.

A little about us. We're both approaching 30. I am a test prep tutor and finishing up classes in order to apply to nursing school. My partner is taking classes to apply to physical therapy assistant programs. He works at home on creative projects. We both enjoy cooking, backpacking, movie nights, and reading. We do not have pets.

We are looking for a respectful, clean housemate with great communication skills :)
