I'm a Stanford student looking for someone to sublease the furnished living room after I graduate and move out in early June. My bedroom housemate is a recent grad who works as a software engineer in a tech firm. I’m open to 3-month/ 12-month contract. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible.
The apt is located on Stanford Ave: a 1 min walk to Marguerite shuttle, line C, Olmsted @ Yale E station; a 27 min walk/ 7 min bike ride to Stanford main quad.
The living room is furnished with bed, partition screens, closet, sofa, desk, and chair. The tenant will share the kitchen and bathroom with my current housemate. We also have parking spots and storage space available.
Rent: $1300 + internet/utilities.
