Hi! We are subletting our one-bedroom duplex in Escondido Village for the summer. Dates are flexible; it will be available June 7th at the earliest, and we'd prefer to rent to someone who wants to stay for the entire summer quarter, up to late September even. Rent is prorated at $2007/month.

This is a lovely apartment with huge windows, lots of light, and friendly neighbors. However, please be aware of nearby construction.

We will leave all furniture, books, dishes, and cooking equipment, but we will store most of our personal belongings.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
