Hello, I am a 3rd year PhD student at Stanford.

I am listing a fully furnished apartment in EV for the whole duration of the summer: available from approximately the 22nd of June to the 2nd of September. The apartment is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom in Escondido Village. The location is stellar: extremely close to the central part of the Campus (3/4 minutes bike ride), to the gym, to the Marguerite Shuttle, to the laundry room.

I have the master bedroom - significantly bigger than the other - which is also fully decorated with Klimt paintings and a set of very atmospheric blue lights. I have also added a set of led lights under the bedframe. Everything is fully adjustable: you can keep them turned off and just use the normal lights if you wish.

Furthermore, instead of the standard awful small bed, you'll find in my bedroom a queen premium mattress that I have installed. In sum, the apartment, since both the bedroom and the living room (with a 43" TV) are fully customized, is a great deal in comparison to your standard EV accommodation. This means that I am looking for a respectful person who, while fully enjoying it, will also avoid ruining it.

The dates are flexible (you can arrive a little bit earlier/later), and the same goes for September, so please do ask!
