I'm a PhD student at Stanford University. I'm subletting my room in the university's graduate residence during the summer (June 6 - Sep 23).
**IMPORTANT NOTE: This room is available to incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation. Undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University, are not eligible.
ROOM:
A large, fully-furnished bedroom, with a private bathroom, in a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment. The kitchen / living room is shared with another resident (a very nice, quiet PhD student in civil engineering).

DATES:
Room available during July 6 - Sep 23. (I prefer to rent for three months minimum, preferably the whole period.)
PRICE:
$1,550 per month, including all utilities and facilities
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is also fully furnished. There are an oven, a microwave, stoves, extractor fans, a sink (with an incinerator), and kitchen equipment (knives, pots, pans, plates, utencils, etc).
BUILDING:
The building is part of the Kennedy Graduate Residences complex. It's the newest building complex available, housing only graduate students. It's very quiet.
FACILITIES:
Free facilities include bike parking, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, a study lounge, a lobby with sofas
UTILITIES:
Rent includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, Wifi internet
PARKING:
