I am a doctoral student at Stanford and will be subletting my bedroom at Rains during the Summer. Great location, just in front of a garden, close to parking. 10 mins cycling to Palo Alto, Trader Joe's, etc.

The room will be available from August 10 to September 22. The rent is $1,747 for the whole period. I am looking for someone who can take the lease for the 5 weeks or is willing to pay for the total period despite not being here for the 5 weeks.

The price is regulated by Stanford. $1,234 during August, and $1,263 from September on.

Woman preferred, and deposit required. Only available to Stanford affiliates.
