Subletting spacious studio in Redwood City. Available for up to seven weeks or any period in between the dates from April 23rd to June 13th, 2019. Stanford affiliates (students, employees) preferred.

This is a private studio and comes completely furnished including Queen size bed, large sectional couch, TV, work area (desk and comfortable chair), large walk-in closet, and full kitchen (all appliances). The kitchen is separate from the living area, so the studio feels like a one-bedroom apartment. Hardwood floors and large windows gives the room plenty of natural light throughout the day. Lots of character and very cozy.

The building is in a lovely residential area with lots of trees, just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Redwood City, Sequoia Station (Caltrain and ECR bus stop), Safeway, Whole Foods, and more. Stanford University (Palo Alto) is a 10 minute train ride from Redwood City, or 20 minutes by bus.

Price is $2000 for the month, or $600 per week. Can negotiate stays longer than a month. Price includes all utilities during your stay (water, electricity, & hi-speed wireless internet). Please respond to the email with any inquiries and for photos.
