One of my roommates in our rental house will be moving out this May for a new position out of state. The remaining three of us are looking for 1 roommate to take that spot in our pretty nice house in Mountain View.

Move-in: May 06, 2019 (or shortly after)

Location: Halfway between Rengstorff and Shoreline, and halfway between Central Expressway and Middlefield in Mountain View. Please email me for exact address- it's an awesome location near Castro Street, Shoreline Amphitheater/Lake, Safeway, and more not very far from the Google campus. It is 6.0 miles on the dot to Stanford.

Rooms:

1. Room 1: $1100- Open!
2. Room 2: $1200- taken by a 25 year old male EMT/paramedic.
3. Room 3: $1200- taken by a 25 year old male life scientist
4. Room 4: $1400- taken by a 25 year old male medical research scientist (me!).

The first three rooms share a bathroom. I can provide a bed and desk for the open room if requested. This is not a large room, but it is a relatively nice and clean house in a good neighborhood/location with really low rent for the area. Utilities are included with the rent.

Me: Stanford researcher in life sciences, 25, male. I'm a low key but social roommate! I spend a lot of time at work. But in my free time, I like to hang out, play board games, have dinner with friends, watch Netflix, and go for hikes/biking or live music.

You: Guy or girl, 20's-30's, student or professional. We previously were 2 girls/2 guys in this house, but the girls have recently moved on to new places. Friendly and respectful and reasonably clean. The current roommates will do a meet/greet with you to make sure that you'd be a fair fit with the house. We all work a lot and don't spend a ton of time at home, but it's still important to get along!

House habits: Keep the house clean by participating in chores (~5-15 minutes per week). Preferably no giant keg parties or things of that type (dinner with friends/ low key events are welcomed).

House Highlights: Location! We're in a nice residential neighborhood, walking distance to Safeway, with a 2 car driveway and tons of safe and available street parking out front.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the garage.
Yard: Nice private garden in the back with fruit trees.
The price is really good for the area. We each pay $80/month as a flat rate for all utilities besides internet.

Location: A couple streets over from the Permanent Creek bike trail, which circles the whole Bay. We're a 5 minute bike ride from Shoreline Amphitheater with tons of live concerts, and a 5 minute bike ride from Shoreline Lake. 5 minute bike ride from Safeway, and about 5 minutes from Castro street and the downtown Cal Train station- it is really an awesome location.
