This is the first (and only) floor of a low-rise two-bedroom apartment on a quiet street on Stanford's campus. There is a large living room space and kitchen/dining area with plenty of dishes and storage space you are free to use. You share the bathroom with the occupant of the other bedroom. The apartment is just one mile from the main Stanford campus and also near a shuttle bus stop. There are plenty of grocery stores and other shops nearby. $1234 per month with a $150 deposit.

Due to the terms of my lease, the room may only be rented to women (your other housemate would also be a woman).
