Hi all! We have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment available at 260 College Ave, Palo Alto. It's two blocks from California Ave which means easy access to Stanford, restaurants, farmer's market, and the Caltrain. It's in one of the nicest parts of Palo Alto and also walkable to Town & Country Village. We have loved living here but we are getting a dog and the size limit on dogs is 30 lbs in this apartment. We are so sad to leave but hope another Stanford student or alum will make it their home, the location is seriously perfect!!!!

The apartment is 900 square feet, and there's also a large private patio, perfect for BBQs etc. The unit includes 2 parking spots (1 in shared garage area and 1 in outdoor space right by the front door). The building is small which is nice, only 6 units total, several of the other tenants are Stanford students and alums, and it's on a very safe dead-end street with lots of guest parking in the street.

Lease starts ASAP -- no later than May 1
$3850 per month
One year lease required, month to month after that
Pets allowed with additional deposit but no dogs over 30 pounds
