-Third-floor apartment in an elevator-equipped building located on a quiet side street in Cambridge, just a few blocks from Harvard Yard
-Two bedrooms, one bathroom, large living room, dishwasher, stove, microwave, A/C, bike storage in the basement, washing machine in the apartment (plus coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement)
-Avoid brokers fees - Boston is one of the few markets in the country where renters must pay a broker a full one month of rent to execute a lease; the broker's fee already has been paid for this apartment, so you would not have to
-Total Rent Split Two Ways: $2750/month
-Heat, hot water, gas, water, and sewer all included (this is important in Boston, and not all places have this; it is worth a lot)
