Large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (beds for 7-8 people) with wonderful SW facing patio in Central Menlo Park (3 min walk to train station and city centre).
Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), BBQ, fast Wifi, cable TV, all amenities, cleaning, and parking for 1 car plus bikes included in rent.
Available 1 July-1 Aug 2019 for $900 weekly, $3000 monthly, or $4000 for the entire period.
Optional: If you agree to care for my 2 sweet and pretty low-maintenance guinea pigs during your stay, I will knock $50 per week off the rent.
