I am subletting a fully furnished room in Munger Building 3, in a 4 bedroom/4.5 bath apartment. I'm dropping the price to $1,500 because I just want to get this out of the way and dealt with! (I currently pay $1,664 for rent).

The dates of availability are June 17 to September 20. I'm not flexible on the front end in June, but I am flexible on the back.

The apartment has:

• Two refrigerators/freezers, four-top stove/oven, microwave
• Large living room with couch, chairs, table, lamps, and television
• Cookware, dishware, and silverware
• Free laundry in the building

My room specifically has:

• Private bathroom
• Full XL bed with mattress
• Desk with 22" monitor that you can use and reading chair
• Two bookshelves
• Nightstand with drawers
• Full wall closet with organizers and hangers
• Lamps
• Air filter
