We are a group of law students looking to hand off an off-campus house to a group of students for the 2019-2020 school year. The least would run from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.

It is located at the corner of Sand Hill and Santa Cruz Ave. There is a bike path that is about a 10 minute bike ride to the center of campus.

The house is three stories and has five bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. There is also a converted bedroom that lacks a door and fourth wall, but has two windows and comfortably fits a queen bed, dresser, and large clothing rack. It has decent privacy as well (I lived in this room, so happy to provide more details).

There are two living rooms, a dining area, kitchen, and a backyard with a patio. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. There is a two car garage with a drive way that can fit 3-4 cars.

The house is currently fully furnished, and we would be looking to pass on all of the furniture to the group that takes it. Some of the furniture would be free, the rest would be at low prices to recoup some of our costs.
