I'm a female student at SU looking for a private room with a private bathroom close to SU. I want this place on mid August (but mid July is also fine). I'm quiet and clean and prefer to find a female flatmate (flatmates) who behaves the same. I prefer the place to be up to 3 miles away from the SU and my budget is 1400$ including utilities.
