I will be away for most of the summer (from mid-june to end august) and would like to sublet my apartment and find a pet-sitter for my animals.

I have a dog and a cat who are very friendly and are used to living with new people. I would be willing to lower the rent by half (current rent is 1500 $ per month) if the sub-licensee is willing to take care of them in exchange. Both animals are low maintenance: the sub-licensee would have to feed them twice a day, walk the dog mornings and evenings and keep the apartment tidy. The apartment is a studio. 4th floor, well-furnished, very sunny. Close to Cal Av, Ray's and the Main Quad. Dates negotiable.
