Looking for a Stanford-affiliated subletter to rent out my studio in Escondido Village for the summer. The studio is a lovely, spacious spot -- full of great sunshine during the day and in a beautiful, peaceful environment. I have lived here for two years now and am just leaving town for a summer job. I am renewing my sublet, so the place is also available until 9/22. Washers and dryers are free and available on the first floor of the building -- and all the appliances in the home (refrigerator, oven, toaster oven, blender, coffee grinder, fan, vacuum, etc.) are new and work well.
