Room:

The rooms are fully furnished and well-lit. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared. The kitchen is furnished with a full array of plates, cooking utensils, stove, oven, microwave, etc. Contact me if you want to see a few more pictures.

Price:

$1234/month for each room, or $2468 in total. All utilities and fees included. Note: We are more than willing to pro-rate days, etc.

Dates:

June 17th-September 16th with some flexibility. It's totally fine if the dates don't line up, but we would prefer you pay for at least 2.5 months.

Facilities:

Free facilities include bike parking, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, a study lounge, a computer room, a music room, a lobby with sofas.

Utilities:

Rent includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, Wifi internet.

Parking:
