Hi there! I've put down a holding deposit on a 2br/1.5 bath in Menlo Park (San Antonio at Glenwood). Place is currently off market for a few days while I find a co-lessee. I'll be choosing a flatmate by Friday morning so please reach out ASAP if you're interested. Lease starts on June 21 and is for 1 year. Rent is $2700, so your half is $1350 per month. Whoever the co-tenant is would need to put in their application no later than Monday.

Place includes one parking spot for you, coin-op laundry on-site, pool. Utilities not included. Place is unfurnished (photos show current occupancy) but will be cleaned and repainted before our move in. See pics below, I have some others from a tour this morning. It's two stories, no elevator. You: I need someone who has good credit and a monthly income of at least $3167. You don't need to send your income info to me, but that's the minimum in addition to mine that we need for the company to approve our applications together. Mine has been approved, pending the additional applicant meeting those requirements. No additional pets, but I do need someone who doesn't mind a hairless cat visiting sometimes.

About me: I'm a postdoc in School of Medicine, been at Stanford since August and will be here at least through July 2020, hopefully longer pending funding. I have some severe food allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, so anyone I live with must be willing to clean up nuts and dairy very well. I do have my own cookware and dishes and have lived with flatmates lots before, so this is very navigable. But not a good match if you cook with nuts a lot or use nut powder (e.g. peanut flour, almond flour) or powdered milk. And in turn I'll be respectful and clean, especially if you have dietary needs of your own! When I'm not working I like hiking, reading, and hanging out with friends in the area.
