Room:

The room is fully furnished and well-lit. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared. The kitchen is furnished with an array of cooking utensils, stove, oven, microwave, etc. All decoration in the bedroom (except for the fern!) will be moved out prior to the start of the sublet. Price:

$1200/month. All utilities and fees included. Note: I'm more than willing to pro-rate days, weeks, etc..

Dates:

June 7th-August 16th - any amount of time in that window is fine, so long as you sublet for at least 6 weeks.

Facilities:

Free facilities include bike parking, laundry facilities, a TV lounge, a study lounge, a computer room, a music room.

Utilities:

Rent includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry, wifi internet.

Parking:
