I'm subletting my apt on campus. It is full-size studio with 1 bathroom. I've managed the room super clean and it is on the 4th floor so very quite and bright. It is also located by the end of the hall so the room is extra-big compared to other rooms and have one more window which is helpful for ventilation.

The room is available for July 4 to Sep 13 (those who can take the whole period are preferred).

This is for single occupancy and sharing room with others is not preferred.

The original rent rate is $1,552/month ($51.73/day) and I'm offering $1500/month.
