I will be subletting my beautiful, fully furnished, Oakland studio for the month of July.

Location: IDEAL Oakland location! 2 blocks from Lake Merritt. 5 minute walking to amazing food (Korean, Thai, Indian, Pizza, Sushi, Ethiopian) and fun bars. Quick walk to Grand Lake Theater, Lake Merritt Farmers Market and Lakeshore in one direction, and a quick walk Downtown and to 19th Street BART in the other direction.

Space: High ceilings and spacious living area and separate kitchen area. Queen-size bed with comfy mattress. Small couch with (surprisingly) comfortable pull out bed. Dining table and workspace with excellent natural light. Shared patio with BBQ. Coin laundry and bike storage on site. Non smoking and no pets.

I pay $1800 plus internet and utilities (1880 ish) but am subletting at a loss so that I can get someone great who will enjoy and take good care of the space.
