Furnished two story house. Very spacious for Palo Alto, large backyard and lots of space for parking. Amenities include: Washer/dryer, wifi, TV, fully functional kitchen and grill, storage shed. We move in on June 1 and will have it fully set up over the next week. 10 min drive/15 min bike to Stanford campus, walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. You can move in on June 2, there will be beds/furniture but the house may not be fully functional until a few days later.

Ideally, sublet dates would be June-Aug.
