I am looking to sublet my junior studio in Miller House of the Escondido Village Kennedy Graduate Residences (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/kennedy-graduate-residences-0) to an eligible male Stanford affiliate from 14th June to 20th September, 2019. The junior studio has the following facilities/features:

1. Fully furnished bedroom
2. Private bathroom
3. Shared kitchen (fully equipped) with one other apartment-mate
4. Access to Kennedy Commons having various recreational rooms including laundry
5. Nice view of tall trees and the EV Tennis court from the window

The monthly rent listed above includes an additional refundable security deposit of 200$.
