I'm offering a summer sublet for a room in Stanford's Rains Apartments. Share with one other graduate student (who will be moved out by mid/end of August).

Room is available from 6/12 - 9/20 - these dates are approximate, i.e. there's a little wiggle room/flexibility if you need it.

Price is 1230/month - there is very little flexibility on this, as this is what I pay, but the longer your intended stay is, the higher the probability of getting a reduction in the rate.
