Subletting out a furnished bedroom in MTV between May 21st - June 28th for $1000.

Some details about the place:

• House is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - cute backyard with firepit and table/chairs.
• Furnished bedroom, you'd be sharing a bathroom with one male roommate (male subletters preferred)
• Washer/Dryer in the backyard
• Located in MTV, very close to the Quad campus (10 min walk, 2 min drive)
• street parking
• You'd be living with 3 other roommates in their mid-20s-- one guy who works at a startup, one girl who goes to Stanford for med school, and another working as a researcher at a biotech firm.

I am asking for $1000 for the entire duration, and there is some flexibility around the move-in and move out dates! Place is available if post is up.
