I am a Stanford PhD student and am offering my room for sublet to a male roommate this summer. It is a large two-room house located on campus and close to Trader Joe's and the California Avenue Caltrain station. It is a perfect location with trees and gardens all around in a really quiet place. You have access to a patio area and all the Stanford facilities.

You will share the house (the common areas and the bathroom) with a male roommate.

NOTE Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense

ROOM
Fully furnished and well-lit. It has a desk, study lamp, chair and closet.

KITCHEN
Fully furnished (no microwave).

PRICE
1,200/month. All utilities and fees included.

DATES
July 1st - September 15 (flexible)
