I am subletting my room in a Rains 4 bedroom apartment for the summer, from 6/16 to 9/8 (end date may be negotiable), someone who will stay for the full time is preferred. I will charge $1200/month for someone who stays for the whole period, so total for the whole period would be $3200.

The apartment is fully furnished, the room has a full-size bed, desk, and dresser. You would share the bathroom with one other flatmate. The living room is furnished with couch, dining table, tv, etc. This is an all-female apartment so a female subletter is preferred.
