I am subletting my junior studio in Kennedy Miller House of the Escondido on campus (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/kennedy-graduate-residences-0) to an eligible female Stanford affiliate from June 12th to September, 20th, 2019.

The junior studio has the following facilities/features:

1. Fully furnished bedroom
2. Private bathroom 
3. Shared kitchen (fully equipped) with one other apartment-mate 
4. Utilities included
5. Access to Kennedy Commons for laundry and recreational rooms 


The monthly rent listed above includes an additional refundable security deposit of $200. Subletting time length may be negotiated.
