I'm looking to sublet my room in a Rains 2BR on-campus apartment to a person who identifies as female for this summer. The room is available June 17-September 15, dates can be a bit flexible. Apartment is fully furnished, including furniture, kitchenware, and towels, and nicely decorated including rugs and house plants. You must be a Stanford affiliate (see below). My roommate is female.

$1200/month, $100 security deposit. I'm happy to send more pictures or give more information, just message me.

Required verbiage: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
