Rent reduction to $1500/mo (from $1800) in return for 4hr/wk 'night-sitting' time which will mostly consist of sitting in our living room 8-10pm on a weeknight while our 6-10yo kids sleep, and we go out for a walk. Our kids are 6-10yo.
