Share kitchen/dining area with a Male PhD student. He is very easy going and clean, we also have two electric fans that you are more than welcomed to use for the hot summer. All kitchen equipment is for your use.

Rent 1300/month. (Price can be prorated based on the dates that you need it)
$400 security deposit.
