We are looking to sublease our unfurnished private bedroom ($1,700 + utilities) in our awesome 2BR/2BA apartment with a converted living room beginning in July (flexible with exact date) to the end of our lease on February 10th. You will be sharing a large bathroom with a male who occupies the converted room in the apartment. The apartment is located across the street from UCSF medical campus in Mission Bay/ Potrero Hill area within walking distance to 4th and King Caltrain stop and quick access to the 280. The apartment building is around 2-3 years old and has a TON of amenities including a rooftop overlooking the city (with many outdoor grills, heated chairs, and an outdoor fire pit), a cardio gym and a weight room, a dog park, a craft room, a common lounge with a full kitchen, a package center, and a parking garage (for pay parking)/plenty of free street parking as well. My room overlooks the dog park (for all of us dog lovers) and has a walk in closet and in unit washer and dryer.

A little about my roommates: Carla is a female and has the master bedroom with her own bathroom. Malik has the converted room and will be sharing the bathroom with you. They both are awesome roommates and busy young professionals in the area.
