My housemates and I (all female) are looking to fill 2 bedrooms in our cute 4b 2ba house in Mountain View. Dates are flexible, but preferably starting after June 17, and ending in September. The residents are a mix of Stanford grad students + recent grads working in the area.

Each private room is $1300/mo + utilities. This would be prorated for the time that you stay.

• within walking/biking distance to the San Antonio Caltrain station (so easy access to campus if you don't have a car)
• Safeway + Starbucks are a 2 minute walk away (it's almost too convenient)
• Costco, Trader Joes, Target, Walmart + San Antonio shopping center are < 1.5 miles away

• Close to Shoreline amphitheater + Shoreline Lake and trails
• Within biking distance to Google
• Substantial backyard
• Plenty of street parking (no permits required)
• Common areas of the house are fully furnished
• Current tenants (2018-2019 lease) are moving out and selling their furniture to the next residents at a reduced cost.
