One bedroom in beautiful Rains apt is available for summer sublet, approximate dates: July 1 - August 31, 2019.

The monthly rate is $1,150 (incl. all utilities and free laundry) + a security deposit of $200.

The apartment is a corner 2-bedroom unit (better layout, more space) which was recently renovated. It's located on the quiet side of Rains, less than 1 min walk to the X/Y/C Marguerite shuttle stop which takes you anywhere on campus including the Medical School, Trader Joe's & CVS at Town & Country, the Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto Caltrain station, etc.

The bedroom is furnished with a full bed - not the bulky bunk bed with wooden platform provided by Stanford but a more comfy one which I purchased recently, leaving more space to move around the room. There is also a standard desk, bookshelf, and a large dresser, all of which will be emptied so you can make the space your own over the summer.

The apartment comes with all sorts of kitchenware and appliances, which you are free to use. I can also provide bedding and towels (if needed). Additionally, you are welcome to use my bike during the summer if you don't already have one.

My roommate is a lovely first-year PhD student studying public health/immunology. She will be away for most of July, so you'll have the place all for yourself during that time. Per Stanford policy, you must also be a Stanford student, staff or affiliate (no undergrads, sorry!).
