Looking to sublet my room from 7/4-7/12 to you, with possible extension till the end of August. Our house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto, at walking distance from California Avenue Caltrain station / 15 min bike ride to Stanford. Close to 101 and 280.

Safeway, Walgreens and CVS as well as an awesome THAI food place are located in Palo Alto Middlefield which is a 5 min bike ride from the house. Trader's Joe's at Town and Country is a 10 min ride and downtown Palo Alto is 15 min away.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfy California King, an office desk, TV, plenty of dressers and a build-in hanging closet. The room has direct access to a sunny patio with a decent sized backyard. Free use of the kitchen, fridge and freezer space. You will share the bathroom with two other roommates.

Asking 600 OBO for the period 7/4-7/12 - wifi and utilities included! Longer term sublet can be discussed, as well as use of my car and bike. Please reach out to me for further information / photo's!
