I am subletting my room in a Rains 4 bedroom apartment from 8/11-9/8. $950 for the whole period, negotiable. I'm also willing to take someone for a shorter period or just a few nights/weekends. There is no flexibility on the start date but some on the end date.

The apartment is fully furnished, the room has a full-size bed, desk, and dresser. You would share the bathroom with one other flatmate. The living room is furnished with couch, dining table, tv, etc. This is an all-female apartment so a female subletter is preferred.
