I have a room in a 2bed 1bath apartment on campus (Rains apartments) that I want to rent out for the Fall quarter. It is available from 9/21 - 1/5 (dates negotiable).

I can only rent to Stanford affiliated females who are able to live in grad housing (ie no undergrads). You will have a female apartment-mate.

The apartment is on campus, and is part of a grad housing complex that runs lots of events, parties, etc. It's close to the academic buildings.

The rent is the standard rent that Stanford charges for the apartment, which I believe is 1293/month for the 2019-2020 academic year.
