Description: Hey everyone! We’re four co-term students from Stanford, and we will be moving out of our apartment August 01 and are looking for anyone who might want to take it over then. (It would not be a sublet – you’d be renting directly from the realters.) It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment, with all of the bedrooms and both full baths on the second floor, while the kitchen, living area, and half bath are on the main floor. While it is three bedroom, we’d suggest having four tenants and using the master as a double. The apartment is super conveniently located right next to CalAve, so you have easy access to all the restaurants as well as the CalAve CalTrain station.

To give you an idea, attached are some photos of the kitchen, living area (we went pretty minimalist, but there's plenty of room for actual furniture), and mast bath sink area.
