We're looking for someone to take over our lease from June 30 - July 31, with an option to extend the lease beyond July 31. Our apartment is a 1BD, 1BA top floor apartment, with lots of natural lighting and a cool breeze during the summer months. It's a 5 minute walk to the cafes and restaurants on University Ave.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to move in between June 16 - June 30. The lease itself ends July 31, after which you would have the option to extend for 6 or 12 months. Rent is $2795, which includes a covered parking spot, but does not include utilities. There's also coin-operated laundry on-site.
