Hi all, I just lost my subletter for the summer so my place is available again!

I'm listing the place for $4500 for the 3 months (payable in monthly installments, like a normal apt!). Unfortunately, I really can't split it up because I can't be here to facilitate the transition between subletters over the summer. Of course, you're totally free to move out early/late, but the price would remain $4500. This is also a discount on the normal rent of $1552/mo!
