My roommate will be moving out of our apartment on June 30th and I am looking for a new roommate to take her place! Monthly rent will be $1730 and utilities are not included ($50 a month on average per person). The landlord pays for hot/cold water and the utilities will cover the rest (gas, electricity, sewer).

You will be sharing the apartment with a young female professional working at Stanford University (me). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (the available bedroom will be unfurnished) and a shared bathroom, along with a furnished living room and kitchen.

The location is fantastic:

• 2 blocks to year-round Farmer's Market, grocery store, California Ave restaurants and shops
• 0.5 miles to Caltrain and 2 miles walking/biking distance to Stanford
• 1 mile away from Town & Country Square (Trader Joe's, CVS, etc.), 2 miles from Downtown Palo Alto

Other amenities:

• washer/dryer on site
• 1 reserved covered carport space (which you can use) plus plenty of free street parking
• 1 reserved indoor locker room for additional storage.

No pets, no smoking allowed. Looking to live with females only!

About your new roommate: I'm a Stanford alumna (class of 2018) and now work in the Stanford School of Medicine. I work a typical 8-9 hour work day and I love to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and occasionally cook/bake!
