Since my wife is moving to Europe, the 2B1B apartment is too big for me. So, I need to terminate my 1 year contract earlier as it expected in October. This is a very nice apartment, the location is perfect (Serra Park is just 1min away, 5 min to Apple headquarters, and two shopping centers including Safeway, CVS and Target), and the price is also affordable for a 2B apartment, for commuting it's also perfect since freeway 280 and 85 is only 3 min away by driving.
If you are interested, please contact me. Since I will be still here, there are two options for this apartment. One is short lease until the end of my contract in 15th of October. The other one is you have you new 1 year lease from August.
因家人提前离开美国,现将位于Sunnyvale的2B1B公寓进行转租。公寓位于Sunnyvale近Cupertino,隔一条街便是苹果总部。Cupertino华人居民约70%, 所以附近生活非常便利。亚超和中餐馆都在3-10分钟车程之内。公寓在一楼,比较适合带小朋友的家庭。公寓所在一个比较小的社区,只有六间公寓,邻居都非常nice。出门1分钟之内便是附近比较大的公园 Serra Park,有网球场,Play Ground,和很大的草坪。Play Ground非常好,各种设施应有尽有,夏天小朋友还可以玩喷水。Serra Park是我家两岁宝宝在这里生活去的最多的地方。
房租$2250, 包含水费,垃圾处理费,电费自己负担。公寓楼有共用洗衣机烘干机。这个价格能租到两室的公寓实属不易。
关于交通。出公寓3分钟之内可以到280 和85号高速公路到哪里都很方便。去Stanford不堵车的话20分钟左右,早晚高峰的时候除了高速公路也可以走Foothhill express way,30分钟也能到家。所以可以说交通非常便利。
像美国的大部分公寓一样,房间里是没有家具的。如有需要,家具可以半价转手。
我的租期是一年,10月中旬截止。我们计划7月底搬离。所以如果你感兴趣最好能8月开始,可以直接或到期后另与中介签署新合同。押金2000.
