I am leaving for an internship during this summer (7/15-9/10) and want to sublet my bedroom in a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit on Comstock Circle, Escondido Village. You will be sharing the apartment with an easygoing male Stanford PhD student.

The bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, wardrobe, desk, etc. There is a big dining room, and the kitchen is clean and has a lot of space. The apartment is well maintained.

Price is $1200 per month. I can share photos if you are interested.
