I'd like to sublet my fully furnished room for the months July and August. I'm moving out on the 1st of July so move in can start on July 1.
The house is shared with 6 other people (m/f) working at Stanford and Tesla. There is a big kitchen with all the supplies you need, three bathrooms, a garage for bike parking and the possibility to park your car on the street. The house is located in Midtown neighborhood which is very quiet and safe. The house is very close to the Safeway, CVS, Walgreens and California Avenue (which has a lot of restaurants). Move out date would ideally be August 31, but can be discussed.
The house is on biking distance to Stanford.
All utilities are included in the price (including washing machine pods!!!).
